Step 1. Fill out my contact form! This will give me a leg up on knowing what you want, and also if we are a good fit. The more information, the better. However, don’t fret if you don’t know it all because we’ll get into that more later. 

After we’ve come to terms for working together including setting a date, and more, I will provide you an invoice and contract. From here you can find out the nitty gritty details of what to expect from me in terms of service, and what my expectations are of you. And once retainer is paid (50% of your session fee, or custom if the investment is higher for an event, etc.), you can consider me working for you. 

I love to have a consult with my clients. May not be necessary always for repeat clients, but for new clients I think it is so important so we can meet, get to know one another, and hash it all out so we aren’t spending time going over the details at your session. Typically this is just a phone call that takes around 10-20 minutes and takes place around 2 weeks before your session date (please let me know if you think we need it earlier and we certainly can!). If you are a wedding client, it may look more like 30 minutes to an hour in person with coffee in hand, with a few extra things to review and confirm a month or two prior to your big day. Or virtual works too if you are not local! 

You can usually expect me to arrive early with excitement, positivity, and ready to cheerlead anyone who needs the extra push. Your session will be laid back where I promise to deliver some genuine smiles, and a good time. 

Immediately after a session I get back to my computer and create a few backups so that way you are protected in case we have a fault with technology (I mean hello we can’t re-do a wedding so this is important!). And in doing so, I love to dive into your session and get you a sneak peek rather quickly. Then, I will go through and fully edit your session or event and deliver your images for digital download in a easy, intuitive, and beautiful online gallery which is paired with a store where you can purchase physical prints, albums, and more.
